Abstract

This article provides a brief overview of the history of the SBB band,
highlighting its significance in Polish musical culture. It recalls events
held in 2021 and 2024 to celebrate the band’s 50th anniversary and
the group’s 50th anniversary of their debut album. The festivities included scientific conferences and concerts, as well as the publication
of a special anniversary edition. This year, the exhibition “New Horizon – SBB Journey to Freedom” will be presented at the National
Museum in Kraków.
